Which day and time can I expect my items to be delivered to me?
Delivery will be made within 3 business days between 10am-10pm (if your order is placed after 6pm, the first business day starts the next business day). Please indicate your preferred delivery time slot, else we will contact you to arrange for a delivery time after the order is made and confirmed.
Can I self-collect my purchases?
Yes, you can. Self-collection will be at 266 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427520 during our operating hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item of your interest and we will get back to you on the total bill inclusive of international shipping and the mode of payment.
What is your exchange/return policy
We only accept exchanges due to manufacturing defects. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled). Please provide the original invoice as proof of purchase from www.bubbly-petz.com
How do you select what products to carry in your retail store
At Bubbly Petz, we are committed to conscious consumerism and only carry products that are eco-friendly, cruelty-free and free of animal ingredients. We make sure that our retail products are safe and effective and are what we would use on our own pets. You will never find anything that compromises the well-being of our animal friends such as chemically loaded products, cages, water bottles, electric collars and items that promote negative reinforcement. We also support home-grown brands and designers. While our range of products is limited, you can be sure that our products are selected with our pets’ health and well-being in mind and at the same time, doing our part for the environment, animals and communities.
Are your pet grooming products cruelty-free?
Are all your products free of animal ingredients?
We have checked against each ingredient in every product to ensure that they are from plants. We also ensure that none of our pet accessories are made from leather, wool, feathers and any other animal by-products. All products are free of animal ingredients to the best of our knowledge. If it comes to your attention that any of our products contain animal products, do contact us immediately.

What is the difference between Basic Grooming and Full Grooming for dogs?
Basic grooming includes:
- Nail clipping and filing
- Ear cleaning
- Shaving of fur on the underpaws, belly and sanitary areas
- Bath, blow dry and combing
Full grooming includes all services stated in Basic grooming with an additional fur-styling.
Why are your grooming rates relatively higher than other grooming shops?
Our grooming rates are priced higher than other pet grooming establishments as the services we provide are personalised and customised for every animal. We take limited appointments each day so that we can give each and every pet our undivided attention throughout the entire grooming session. Our studio is cage-free, fully air-conditioned with glass panels so families can see their doggos being groomed. The grooming products we use on the animals are also carefully chosen and are made from natural and gentle ingredients.
How do Bubbly Petz groomers groom dogs humanely and safely?
We don't restrain the dogs on the table as we believe they should not be forced to stay on the table. It will be counterproductive in allowing them to associate grooming to a positive experience. At the same time, to ensure their safety, especially if the dog is being groomed by us for the first time, we usually have two groomers handling the dog. As we understand the dog better, we will adjust accordingly, doing our best to not compromise on their safety.
What grooming packages do you have?
Weekday packages are available. You will be a weekday package holder when you book for three consecutive weekday grooming sessions. You will enjoy the following benefits:

What shampoo/conditioner do you use?
We use a range of natural pet shampoo and conditioner according to the needs of the animal. Our products are generally gentle on the skin and we assess the skin condition and use what might be the most suitable for him or her.
How frequently should I schedule my dog for grooming?
Basic grooming is recommended once every month and full grooming every 6-8 weeks.
My dog is aggressive. Do you handle aggressive dogs?
We can and have successfully groomed many aggressive dogs. However, we require that you will be able to at least pick up your dog and in worst case scenarios, be able to put on the muzzle for your dog before our groomer can attempt to groom.
My dog is sick/old and is unable to stand for prolonged periods. Are you able to groom my dog?
Definitely! Inform us in advance if your dog is unable to stand or require special care so that we can cater additional time for him or her.
My dog has sensitive skin and I’m quite concerned about the cleanliness of the grooming tools. Are your grooming tools sterile?
Our tools are sterilised between sessions with each animal client with a special disinfectant spray. Our tools and tables are also wiped down between sessions with a disinfectant solution. You can be assured that we do not use dirty tools on your beloved dog!
How long in advance should I book an appointment?
You should book the grooming appointment at least a month in advance.
