Subsidy Support Program

A Subsidy Support Program is in place for families with sensitive pups requiring financial support.

Our Subsidy Support Program is reserved for clients who truly need specialised humane grooming care for their sensitive pups (i.e. could not be groomed elsewhere without risk of re-traumatising), but struggle financially. It relies on honesty and respect so we can help as many sensitive pups as possible.

This program is not for families with pups who are assessed to be generally easy-going with grooming procedures by our grooming specialists.

To keep this program available long-term, we ask that clients reflect carefully on their situation before applying. This ensures support goes where needed most. Here's a guideline to support your reflection:

  • Have stable full-time work or can comfortably forgo employment
  • Can provide for basic needs like food, shelter and transportation without worrying financially

  • Have personal/corporate insurance and have access to healthcare whenever needed
  • Own a property, a car, or rent a private residence

You may not typically qualify for a subsidised rate.
