Ang Ku Kueh Cat Postcard

These are commonly found dessert in Singapore, they are creations from different cultures but they all share one thing in common, that they are all yummy.

Ang Ku Kueh literally means 'red tortoise shell' in English because of the way it looks. A thin layer of chewy glutinous rice flour skin wraps a delicious smooth and sweet yellow bean paste.
